and thus the ADVENTURE begins

Loaded up and hitting the road from Texas to Colorado and back. A steam train ride through the Rockies, dirt bike riding, camping and fly fishing are in the plans. Why the jackets when it’s 107 degrees outside???? Glad you asked. We read in Andrew’s “ancient” 1967 edition of the Boy Scout’s handbook that it is important to acclimate for the conditions you are traveling to. Being smart like we are, we did our research and figured out the days where we are going will only get in the mid 70’s and the nights in the lower 40’s. Thus knowing we would have to be wearing a jacket in such conditions we started the acclimation process before loading the truck.

To keep abreast of our travels you can click the “Where is Andrew and Tim” link on the right side of my blog page. So long we will keep you in the loop when we can.
