Erika called me this morning with a list of things she wanted me to bring in. She also said that she had a good night and that the nurse kept on top of her pain so she could sleep. That has me smiling this morning. I probably shouldn't be writing these things so late when my emotions are low. We are going to have a good day!!!!!

Hello Tim/Erika. We are thinking of you both up here in Canada. We are sending our cool thoughts your way to chill and dull the pain in Erika's head and arms. Our thoughts are also directed to you so that you continue to have the strength required to get through this (God knows you have shown an amazing amount already). Hopefully today's battery of tests will bring more knowledge and results. Like you said...the good news is that Erika is alive and strong enough to make specific requests (GREAT news). We'll take what we can get. Take care of yourself and know that we are thinking of you both every single day...until you can turn off that porch light.

God is good! I know this is a scary and difficult time, but we serve a GREAT God. He will not fail you. You all are in my prayers daily that you will continue to heal. Tim, you are stronger than you think you are. You will make it!
